    What's funny about any lightbulb joke? It's the illumination of a condition, isn't it?
    Answers might resemble:
    "Only 1/3 of one according to the insurance company."
    or
    "HIPPA prevents revealing that information."
    or
    "If they'd maintain sensible lifestyles their bulbs wouldn't burn out."
    
    Seems to me people professionally in that swim could come up with more cogent ones.
